Made by Warren Richardson of WER, Enterprises in 1989. Base, pole, and interior of shade holder is all brass whereas the six-sided shade is paper with gold imprinted designs. The interior has a very tiny glass bulb, but is not electrified and looks as if it was never meant to be electrified--the bulb is just added realism. Overall height is 4 3/4". Very nice condition.
