It has a round brass base and signed "VF" underneath. Made in the 1950's and sold through the Chestnut Hill catalog. Painted blue on the interior, with red edging and an interesting exterior design. It is very tiny, under 1/2"--5/16" to be exact. Very nice condition with no breaks. Shown with other items, sold separately.
