The Spielwaren organ with matching bench is most likely the hardest piece of Spielwaren to find. This example is in lovely condition and fully marked on the back with additional labels as shown. This was made by Rudolf Szalasi in Germany c. 1950's to 1960's. Sazalsi furniture was made in the Rococo style and is very fancy. This rare organ with matching bench is a substantial 9" high and 3 1/2" deep. I have examined this piece carefully and do not see any breaks or repairs. The bench has a pink satin seat that is nice and clean with no stains; there are a few minor dimples on the fabric. I have tried to wind the music box, but cannot get it to work. Very ornate and rare.
