He winks with one eye closed and has a very expressive face. He is dressed in his original clothing and wonderful felt top hat. He is in very good condition but for a few minor small holes in his clothing, mainly on his back. His belt and shirt also show some aging. Overall height is 10 1/4" without his hat.
